4. Digital Products Policy
4.1 Downloadable Content
For digital products (planners, templates, eBooks, guides):
- You have 30 days from purchase to request a refund
- Refunds are available if the product does not match the description
- Technical issues preventing access will result in a full refund or replacement
- You must delete all copies of the digital product upon receiving a refund
4.2 Online Courses
For online courses and educational content:
- Full refund available within 30 days if you've completed less than 30% of the course
- Partial refund may be considered if you've completed 30-50% within the first 30 days
- No refund available if you've completed more than 50% of the course
- Access to course materials will be revoked upon refund

- Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components may not qualify for a full refund

- Prorated refund based on completed vs. total sessions
- Package discounts will be recalculated; any difference will be deducted from the refund
